Hi There, It was great working with Rajeev. He has always been enthusiastic to help me and help me with the documentation. Even if I would ask for the same document list  3 to 4 times he would be forwarding it to me without getting irritated. There is a smile in his voice and he always answered my queries promptly. In case he didn't have answers he would make sure that he is checking with his peers and getting back to me on the same. He would always keep me updated on the Express entry details. Even if I working in a different time zone he would take the pain to call me during my convenient time. I would say that just because of Rajeev the whole process seemed so easy and painless.
