Initially I got assigned with a consultant, who i was not very happy with. I escalated the same and the team promptly took action and assigned me a new consultant. My second consultant Arijit Das is available whenever I needed to clarify anything or get some information, was very patient in answering my queries and provided timely feedback whenever required.
